As a member of the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals and the American Academy of Micropigmentation, Elaine is dedicated to promoting permanent makeup safety, excellence at the highest level of professional standards.

Elaine has performed thousands of procedures over the past fifteen years.  Permanent makeup, permanent cosmetics, cosmetic tattooing, or repigmentation - Elaine is a top professional in this industry.

She also does re-pigmentation of the areola complex, restoring color after reconstructive surgery, performs the "dry technique" to loosen up scar tissue before scar camouflage, etc.  Because of her medical background, she has chosen to practice in a medical setting offering full sterilization and the highest standards of safety for her patients.

Trained in all modalities (coil machine, rotary and the hand method), Elaine favors the coil as well as digital machines.  She has trained advanced permanent makeup artists nationwide wanting to offer their patients an extremely artistic and natural application.
